The Team

Hartman Wright Group LLC was established in 2009 as the result of a decade-long partnership between its two founding principals, Tytus Harkins and Jason White. Tytus, Jason, and other key members of the HW management team have collectively executed real estate transactions valued at more than $2B. This senior management group has, on average, more than 20 years’ experience in finance and real estate which includes competencies in acquisition, disposition, construction, development, financing, and management of commercial, multi-family, and mobile home communities in 43 out of 50 states.

 


 

Tytus Harkins - Founding Principal

Harkins has a breadth of experience and success in real estate development and redevelopment. Since 2009 under the Hartman Wright Group LLC, he has executed over $25M in real estate transactions and been responsible for the oversight of over $17M of private investment capital. Harkins also provides direction and oversight for two of the company’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, Southern Portfolio Management, LLC and Trinity Contracting Services, LLC which provide in-house property management and project management services in support of HW’s portfolio. Harkins has owned and managed investment real estate for 24 years, which includes agricultural, commercial and residential income property. Prior to HW, Harkins founded TCH Ventures, LLC, a real estate investment, and consulting company, and was also a partner in Hawkeye Development, LLC a developer of mid-scale residential communities in Washington and Oregon. Harkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Montana State University and worked as a civil engineer for 3 years.

 


 

Jason White – Founding Principal

White has extensive experience in Real Estate Acquisition and Financing. Since 2009 under the Hartman Wright Group LLC, he has executed over 60 real estate transactions and has been responsible for oversight of all of the company’s real estate acquisition and development/redevelopment activities and budgets. In addition, White provides direction and oversight for two of the company’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, Southern Portfolio Management, LLC and Trinity Contracting Services, LLC which provide in-house property management and project management services in support of HW’s portfolio of mobile home parks.  White has been involved in real estate since 1999 when he purchased his first two triplexes and created his first opportunity to enjoy cash flow derived from investments in real estate. His real estate acquisition and sales activities grew into what later became a full-service real estate financing and development company; and eventually, an investment and development partnership known as Hawkeye Development, LLC, which served the states of Oregon and Washington.

 

 


 

David W. Hewett –  Director and Chief Operating Officer

Hewett is a distinguished and industry-acclaimed leader having served in the Commercial, Corporate Real Estate, and Facilities world for over 30 years. Hewett is currently leading HW’s operational efforts to support the growth and management of HW’s actively growing portfolio of properties and investors.  His expertise was cultivated through extensive work on behalf of both owners and industry service providers. Hewett has worked with corporations such as Microsoft, PMC‚ÄźSierra, Pitney Bowes, California Federal Savings, Pacific Gas & Electric, United States GSA and Comerica Bank. Dave has also led account transitions for some of the largest Corporate Real Estate outsourcing programs in the industry. During his tenure in the Real Estate and Facilities industry he held the following designations: Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA), Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA), Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and was one of the first ten people to be named a BOMA Fellow following his term of service as the Chairman of BOMA International. Hewett earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado, with an Emphasis in Organization Development.

 


 

Lindsay Gordon – Director of Asset Management

 As the Director of Asset Management, Gordon supports acquisition, due diligence, finance, and the ongoing operation of the company’s growing portfolio of properties.  Gordon has been affiliated with Hartman Wright since 2015 and has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and management.  Prior to joining Hartman Wright, he was the Market Leader for Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon with P&L responsibility for C&W’s operations throughout Oregon and southwest Washington.  Before joining C&W in 2010, he was a principal and City Leader for Trammell Crow Company leading development, investment, and asset management activities in both Portland and San Francisco.  Prior to TCC, he served with the Opus Companies as its Director of National Accounts; and with Prologis (NYSE: “PLD”) as the VP of its East Bay (SF & Central Valley) portfolio.  Over his career Gordon has been involved with the development, investment, and management of assets with market values in excess of $2B.  Gordon started his career as an industrial real estate broker with CBRE in 1984 and has past and/or present affiliations with BOMA, NAIOP, SIOR, ULI, and CORENET.
